Based on many years of experience, Satyam Samaj seva Samiti believes that sustainable development of disadvantaged communities can be achieved by children's actively participate in development process. Satyam samaj seva Samiti is an Indian NGO working to improve the lives of disadvantaged children, their families. We work with our partners to help children access their rights to proper healthcare, basic education, and healthy environment . We focuswd on the rights and the education of children. And with increased focus on children's rights, we involve children as active participants in the development process.
In India, many children experience various forms of violence and abuse. They work in intolerable conditions and they are also subjected to corporal punishment at school. A girl child, especially is more vulnerable to violence, exploitation and abuse. The poor economic condition of family households cultural and social practices and prevalence of child marriage are the significant reasons for girls leaving school early, which in turn reduces opportunity.
Satyam Samaj seva Samiti and it's members work to create protective and supportive environments in which childrens are safe from violence and exploitation, their rights are protected and each child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
